
Wouldn't it be nice to end your long day with a nice hot shower in a bathroom that looks like a beautiful spa. That dream can be easily achieved with just a little bit of creativity. Having a place in your home to decompress and relax should always be a priority, why not make that space your bathroom?
Here are some ideas that we have come up with on how to make your bathroom your own personal get away. You could either remodel the whole space to fit your liking or you could just add decorations to achieve a desired aesthetic for the room.
A Total Remodel: This means you tear down the walls, add a new tub or shower, put in new walls, do whatever you need to create a new space. Turn your bathroom into the dream bathroom you've always wanted. Create a peaceful place for you to relax when you get home from a hard day at work or come to relax in after a stressful day with the kids. Make this bathroom a sanctuary for yourself. Add a new tub that resembles something you've seen in a hotel, or spa, you could even recreate the rainforest you aspire to be in.
Adding Decorations to fit a new Aesthetic: Instead of remodeling your whole bathroom just add some accents, fresh paint and maybe even add a faucet and a new showerhead. There’s so many things you can do when you're trying to make your bathroom as calm as possible. Shower heads can change your whole experience in the shower you can get a waterfall showerhead or every a multipurpose showerhead with many different settings to fit the best kind of shower possible for you. The same goes for a new faucet, there are many different faucets and finishes to those faucets that would tie the whole bathroom together you could even add a new toilet too. As far as toilets go there are so many options when it comes to a toilet more than you could have ever imagined such as a wall mounted toilet, smart toilet or even a bidet. Make it your own paradise.
Relax and Inhale: Get things to help you relax such as soaking salts and essential oils, you could even use bath bombs occasionally but be sure to regularly flush your drain with some vinegar so there is no salt or oil buildup in the pipes. You could light a few candles or plug in an oil diffuser to calm yourself with a pleasant aroma.
In the end, the options are numerous and are only constrained by budget and your imagination. It's always great to consider remodeling a space and making it better suited for you now.
